Smith Allen Insurance is a leading independent insurance agency that specializes in providing preferred personal insurance to clients in the DFW area. The typical client has multiple personal insurance policies - homeowners, personal auto and perhaps umbrella and other policies. Smith Allen provides insurance products from a select group of preferred insurance carriers - Travelers, Allstate, Hippo, Progressive, Safeco, Hartford, State Auto, Kemper, Chubb, and others.

Responsibilities:
Assist with client remarkets to shop their renewals to ensure they are in the most competitive options. Be able to provide accurate and concise advice to clients.
Develop expert knowledge of personal P&C insurance, and the various carriers that Smith Allen represents.
Effectively communicate with prospects and clients while they are going through the home-buying process.
Follow up with past clients and leads to provide updated quotes.
Build and maintain strong networking relationships with Mortgage Loan Officers, Realtors, and other local professionals.
Effectively and continuously network-Attending breakfasts, lunches, happy hours, and scheduling one-on-one meetings with potential business partners. A typical week may entail multiple Networking Events, one-on-ones, and “Drops” into Mortgage and Realtor offices.
Regularly visit Mortgage and Realtor offices to prospect and see current partners.
Effectively communicate with Mortgage Loan Officers and Realtors to show a full understanding of their client process, goals, and “pain points.”
Track and update critical activities including Mortgage Lender & Realtor Prospects and networking events/opportunities.
